ACN have worked closely with us on our large self-build house project. The team have been fantastic and have engaged with us at all stages throughout the project from design and ideas, position and placement at the 1st fix, through to installation of light fittings throughout the property. The guys at ACN are professional and friendly – nothing has been too much trouble, and they have really supported us throughout the process of doing a new build. From design to commission I found the process extremely easy to deal with.
From our initial meeting on site the quotation presented covered what we had discussed and agreed on site. No hidden extras or long list of exclusions that usually arrive with quotes.
In my job role as a project manager I deal with multiple contractors on a daily basis and it was a very refreshing change to deal with a contractor who not only talked a good job but also carried it out.
The works done on time to a very high standard and engineers on site both knowledgeable and skilled.
